I believe in rewriting the narrative, whether it’s about relationships, solo female travel, or how we tell stories about women out there in the world.

As a writer, journalist, and content strategist, I’ve spent 20 years shaping impactful editorial experiences on both sides of the pond in Miami, New York, and London.

My work spans travel, fashion, beauty, dating, and rediscovering life after divorce by challenging outdated norms and inspiring others to embrace independence with confidence. You’ll find my first-person stories in The Independent, Business Insider, Grazia, Stylist, and Metro. Additionally, I’ve been a contributor to Sorbet, The Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan, The i Paper, The New York Post, and BBC.

Beyond writing, I’m a public speaker on women’s equality and have been a UN Women CSW Digital Participant since 2021, using my voice to challenge conventions and spark conversations on gender that matter.

With a background in digital content strategy, I’ve worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Maybelline, Net-A-Porter, The Body Shop, Hugo Boss, Skyscanner, and Trainline, crafting narratives that make content engaging versus being just another email in their inbox. Whether it’s editorial direction, SEO content production, or brand storytelling, my expertise is making words matter and turning ideas into high-impact content.

“We keep letting our little girls down.” This statement has stayed with me since I attended the Gender Snapshot at Parliament, at the invitation of UN Women UK back in 2024.

As a UN Women UK digital participant in the Commission on the Status of Women and a speaker on gender equality, I’m not shy about tackling misogyny or asking what makes the manosphere so alluring. I want us to have the awkward conversations, hear perspectives beyond our own, and occasionally risk saying something askew so we can better understand each other rather than simply pointing the finger. That’s how we get to change that actually matters.

Additionally, during my time as Gender Equality Chair at Trainline, I partnered with D&I leaders on initiatives in the UK, France, Italy, and Spain. I hosted events, developed educational programmes, contributed to parental leave policy reviews, and supported colleagues in five European offices. Our work earned some of the highest engagement scores in company-wide surveys. Give people room to talk candidly about what needs to change, and it turns out they have quite a lot to say.
